The BfArM Has Issued The First Special Approvals For SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Tests For Self-use By Laypeople

On Feb 24, Boson was one of the first three companies to receive special approval for self-testing from the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices of Germany (BfArM).

Previously on Feb 18, our product has been listed by the EU as one of the few tests that are mutually recognized by at least three Member States for public health measures.

Boson antigen tests for professional use have passed inspection by the Paul Ehrlich Institut (PEI) in December last year and have been on the white list since then. We are confident that Boson products will be widely used across medical institutions and families in Germany in the near future to help combat the growing COVID-19 pandemic and contribute to global health.
